Product Return Policy
At Ornaments.com your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund. You may always return items with errors in personalization.
Just reach out to us by phone (800-637-9627), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page to let us know what’s gone wrong. You won’t need to pay for return shipping, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
If you received the ornament as a gift, don’t worry, you can still return it. Contact us about the return and we will credit the buyer for the purchase amount.
We will either replace the faulty item, send out a new item with correct personalization, give you store credit, or supply you with a refund. Refunds are issued within three (3) days of our receipt of the returned item. It’s not always necessary to return an item, we will let you know when you contact us. If the item is not to be returned then your refund will be issued three (3) days after contacting us. We do not charge re-stocking fees for returns.
Expect replacement items to be sent out within three (3) days after contacting us. Replacement ornaments are shipped by USPS First Class.
If the replacement ornament is to be personalized we will begin work on the new ornament right after you contact us.
