Ornaments.com reserves the right to charge all reasonable attorney' fees, time and billing fees, administrative fees from any ad submitter for any false claim, or payment dispute which is raised without merit or proven to be inconsistent with Ornament.com’s conditions. The terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between any advertiser and Ornaments.com., and any additional or conflicting terms or conditions in any other document without limitations shall be of no effect.
